Please read the following Terms of Use and Conditions carefully. By using this site and ordering with NutritionArsenal.com, you are acknowledging your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions described here.

ORDER ONLINE:
All orders can be placed online via the shopping cart checkout process of this website, using our 128-bit Secure Socket Layer encrypted connection.

Please make sure you are using the correct billing address for your credit card. We reserve the right not to ship your order if the billing address does not verify.

MAJOR CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover
(Must be billed to a United States address. We do not accept payments on International Credit Cards.)

MONEY ORDER (U.S. Funds Only):
Order MUST first be placed online, selecting "Money Order" as method of payment. Money order must be for full amount of order, including tax and shipping charges. Make payable to “Nutrition Arsenal” and please have your Order# written on the money order. Order will NOT be shipped until money order is received. Mail the money order and a copy of your invoice to the address on your receipt page after placing your order. You MUST include your order invoice so we can match your money order up to the order that has been placed. This can be printed out via the Order History page in your account.

We do NOT accept C.O.D. or personal checks of any kind.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING POLICY:

Flat Rate $5.95 Shipping applies to orders delivered within the Contiguous 48 States regardless of size or weight. Flat rate shipping also applies to many orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and APO/FPO locations, with some exceptions (Please see below). Orders will ship via USPS (US Postal Service Priority Mail, First Class Mail or Parcel Select), UPS (Ground or SurePost), or FedEx (Ground/Home Delivery). The service used to ship your package will be determined by a number of factors such as weight and shipping location. Generally, very small, light items will ship via USPS, while larger, heavier orders will ship via UPS or FedEx. All orders will receive a tracking number that will be sent to your registered email address at the time of shipment.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS:

SOME ORDERS SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA, US Territories, & APO/FPO: Many orders shipping to these locations will still qualify for flat rate shipping. While we do our very best to offer the lowest shipping rates possible to customers outside the Contiguous 48 states, there are some exceptions where additional shipping charges may apply to orders being delivered in these locations. These will often be cases where heavier products such as proteins and other powders are included in the order, and the actual cost of shipping is very high due to the shipping weight. In these cases, we will contact you to notify you of the additional cost and instructions for payment.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Most of our orders ship within 48 business hours (Monday - Friday), with many shipping the same day they are placed. The time your order takes to ship is also dependent upon the the availability of product ordered and the accuracy of the billing and shipping information you provide. Currently, most of our orders are shipped out of our Pennsylvania location using USPS, UPS, or FedEx services. Standard delivery times may vary but are usually between 1-7 business days (not including processing and handling time). The delivery time of your order is largely based on your location, and some orders may take longer due to possible shipping carrier delays which are out of our control.

Special Instructions for APO/FPO orders:

WE SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! The large majority of orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses (AA, AE, or AP) will ship for the flat rate fee of $5.95. These orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that Shipping Insurance is not available for APO / FPO deliveries and because of this NutritionArsenal.com is not responsible for any damages or lost packages on these orders due to the extreme conditions which they must sometimes endure during shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply to some orders with heavier weights when the actual cost of shipping is very high. We will notify you in these instances.

ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS:
When indicating your shipping address, "APO" or "FPO" will be your "City," "AA," "AE," or "AP" will be your "State," and your ZIP Code will begin with either 09, 34, or 96. Leave the "Country" as "United States."

DELIVERY TIME: Accurate delivery time estimates are not available for APO / FPO orders. In addition to the delivery time that it takes USPS to get your package to the APO or FPO, you will then have to wait on the military delivering your package to you. Military delays are rare but possible and can lead to extended wait periods. But please note that the majority of our APO / FPO customers tell us that they receive their orders within a week.

P.O. BOXES:

We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS and UPS SurePost. Please note that some orders with heavier shipping weights may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes. In these cases, we will notify you to arrange for the order to be shipped to an alternate address.

The following shipping rates are flat rates and will apply to most orders (with the few exceptions noted above):

• Standard Flat Rate Shipping -- $5.95
• Flat Rate Shipping with Expedited Handling* -- $6.99
• Flat Rate Shipping plus Insurance -- $7.99
• Flat Rate Shipping with Expedited Handling* plus Insurance -- $9.99

*EXPEDITED HANDING:
Orders placed with an “Expedited Handling” shipping option are given priority handling and (depending on product availability) are guaranteed to be shipped within 24 hours (or 1 full business day, if placed on a weekend or holiday) of being placed. These orders go to the front of the list and will ship same day if placed early in the day before our shipping deadline.

If you somehow enter incorrect address information during the checkout process or need a package re-routed, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Nutrition Arsenal may charge you a $12 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer’s error. Shipping labels are automatically generated using standardized forms of the exact shipping information you enter during the checkout process. If you provide incorrect information (including, but not limited to, wrong zip code or missing apartment number), you will be charged the $12 fee since the shipping company will charge us for this correction. Only UPS orders can be re-routed. If your order is shipped USPS, it will be your responsibility to contact us and arrange and pay for a re-ship once the package is returned to us.

UPS and USPS charge shippers for the return of undeliverable packages including – but not limited to – incorrect addresses, refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for Nutrition Arsenal’s actual cost of shipping and return charges. If you wish to re-ship the package or ship to a different address, you will be re-charged for the shipping method of your choice. If you would like to cancel a returned and undelivered order, a 25% re-stock fee will apply to all products.

Any shortages (missing items) must be reported to Nutrition Arsenal within 24 hours of receipt. Once we are able to confirm the error, we will either send replacements or issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed missing merchandise.

In the rare event that Nutrition Arsenal ships you an item other than what you ordered (as seen on your order invoice), do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us immediately so we can exchange it for the correct item at our expense. Nutrition Arsenal is not responsible for wrong items or flavors ordered due to customer’s error.

All product leaves our warehouse in brand new, mint condition. Nutrition Arsenal is not responsible for any damages, lost or stolen product on uninsured packages once the product is shipped and leaves our warehouse. This is always a result of mishandling of the package by the shipping company. We are also not responsible for heat or cold-sensitive products that may be damaged when exposed to high or low temperatures during shipment. If you live in a region where these temperatures are common, you assume this risk.

If you have paid for Insurance and your order was damaged or has not been delivered, please contact us immediately so that we may file a claim with the shipping company and replace the damaged or missing product. Do not throw away any boxes and/or packing material as visual inspection of the package may be required for the claim in the case of a damage.

If you decide to return or exchange any products ordered for any other reason:

• In order to qualify for return, product must be unopened and unused.
• You must contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise. No unauthorized returns - A valid return authorization number MUST be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package.
• All merchandise must be returned at your expense and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
• All returns must be filed within 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
• No returns will be accepted on prohormones, anti-estrogens, ephedra products, books and DVDs. All sales are final on these items.

We absolutely DO NOT accept returns on opened products. We also do not accept returns for reasons of dislike of product taste or dissatisfaction with product results. In these situations, we recommend contacting the product’s manufacturer directly to deal with your concerns.

• If for any reason you decide to cancel or change an order after it has been processed, please notify us immediately.
• Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they have been shipped.
• If you refuse to provide required information to ship your package, your order will be canceled.

Because nutritional products and supplements are currently non-taxable in the State of New York, most of our products are not subject to sales tax.

Non-nutritional products (such as books, DVDs and videos, workout gear, devices and apparel) are subject to sales tax in the State of New York and a sales tax of 8% will be applied to these products on orders placed by New York State residents only.

A “chargeback” refers to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed. There is no reason for a chargeback to be filed on orders placed on NutritionArsenal.com. If a credit is rightfully due, please contact us and we will issue it. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can and will be prosecuted to full extent of the law. If you feel that your credit or debit card has been used fraudulently on this website or if you have incorrect charges by us, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

By using this website, you agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit or debit card on this site. If you chargeback a credit or debit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that Nutrition Arsenal may recover the amount of the chargeback in addition to $25 by any means deemed necessary (including, but not limited to, recharging your credit or debit card or having the amount recovered by a collection agency).

NutritionArsenal.com does not condone, authorize or suggest use of any particular prohormone. At this point, it is up to the customer's own discretion to purchase these products and understand the risks involved. Clearance items for sale on this website are limited in quantity and prices are valid only while supplies last. All sales of clearance items are FINAL. Absolutely no returns will be accepted! Please note that some of these items are close to or past their "Best By" date. These instances will be noted in product descriptions.
